How it works
With Kroconnect, you easily connect your online store, your ERP system, and other services – so they communicate with each other without manual handling.
Everything starts with an event: a new order, an updated product, or an item sold in a physical store. Kroconnect captures the event and automatically forwards the information to the right system – based on the workflow you have configured.
Some examples of what Kroconnect can do:
- When a customer places an order in your online store, the order is registered in your accounting or ERP system.
- When product data is updated in your ERP system, it is synchronized to your online stores.
- When a sale is made in a physical store, inventory levels in your online store are updated immediately.
Everything runs smoothly in the background – giving you more time to focus on running your business.

You can always add or remove integrations from your account. You can also increase or decrease the scope – such as the number of orders per month – as your needs change.
Because billing is monthly, you only pay for what you use. No long-term commitments.
