Synchronize orders from WooCommerce to Fortnox
When a customer makes a purchase in your WooCommerce store, the information is automatically sent to Fortnox. Depending on your settings, a new order, an invoice, or both an order and an invoice can be created.
Features that simplify your administration:
- Customer information: New customers are automatically added to Fortnox, and existing customer information is updated if changes are detected.
- Automatic posting: Sales and VAT are automatically recorded to the correct accounts, saving time and minimizing the risk of errors.
- Advanced account mapping: If needed, you can configure advanced mappings to post sales to different accounts, down to product level.
By default, shipping cost information is included in the synchronization. Shipping methods can also easily be added for a more complete solution.
