Kroconnect WooCommerce Connector
A companion plugin that connects your WooCommerce store to the Kroconnect platform, where the actual integration logic runs.
This plugin does not contain the integrations themselves. Instead, it acts as the bridge between WooCommerce and Kroconnect: it forwards events from your store to Kroconnect, receives data back, and applies the results inside WooCommerce. The configuration, mapping, and business logic for each integration live in the Kroconnect platform.
How it works
- You configure your integrations (Workflows) in the Kroconnect platform.
- The plugin sends order, product, and customer events from WooCommerce to Kroconnect.
- Kroconnect processes each event according to your Workflow configuration and communicates with the connected system (ERP, accounting, shipping, etc.).
- Responses from Kroconnect – such as stock updates, invoice references, tracking numbers, and order status changes – are written back into WooCommerce by the plugin.
The plugin handles the WooCommerce side. Kroconnect handles everything else.
Live shipping at checkout
For certain shipping integrations (Fraktjakt, nShift Checkout 2.0), the plugin communicates directly with the carrier during checkout to fetch real-time rates, pickup points, and delivery options. This keeps checkout responsive and avoids extra round-trips.

The same plugin supports every integration available in Kroconnect. You activate only the ones you need.
- ERP & accounting: Specter, Fortnox, Spiris, Contrl, Visma.Net, PCS.
- POS: Vendo.
- Shipping & delivery: Fraktjakt, nShift, Kustom Shipping Assistant for WooCommerce.
- Additional integrations are added over time
All integrations share the same plugin, the same admin menu, and the same connection to Kroconnect.
Get started
- Download and install the Kroconnect WooCommerce Connector plugin on your WooCommerce store.
- Create the Workflows you need in the Kroconnect platform.
- Enter the Workflow IDs in the plugin settings.
Pricing
The plugin itself is free to install. Usage is billed through the Kroconnect platform based on the Workflows you run.

- Fully compatible with WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
- Maintained and supported by the Kroconnect team.
- A Kroconnect account is required to use the plugin.
