Support for customer type handling between Qliro and Fraktjakt
Support is now available for detecting whether the customer has identified themselves as a private individual or a business in Qliro’s checkout when requests are made to Fraktjakt. This is used to determine which shipping methods should be available in the checkout. We also have existing support for displaying shipping methods from Fraktjakt, including pickup point selection, in Qliro’s checkout.

Manage your payments under My Account
The latest version of Kroconnect now lets you view your payments and update your payment method. This gives you a better overview of your costs, and lets you manage payments and accounting records in a simpler way.

Manage shipping in your online store with Fraktjakt
During spring, we released a shipping integration in Kroconnect that makes it possible to book shipments via the delivery platform Fraktjakt in your WooCommerce store. This article briefly describes the features available in the integration and how to get started easily.

New shipping logic and improvements in VendoPRO, Visma.net and Fortnox
The end of 2023 was largely spent working on the upcoming support for shipping management in Kroconnect, with the integration to the transport management system Fraktjakt being the first in line. In addition, improvements and updates were launched in the integrations for VendoPRO, Visma.net and Fortnox.

Fraktjakt shipping integration for WooCommerce
We are currently developing a Fraktjakt integration for WooCommerce. Book shipments, download shipping labels and track deliveries directly from WooCommerce or Kroconnect. The core features are in place and we are currently working on further developing and improving these. We welcome any thoughts and ideas, and are also looking for pilot customers who want to test the integration.
