This autumn we released support for PCS Winbag in Kroconnect. PCS WinBag is the market-leading software solution for bakeries and patisseries.
The PCS WinBag core system is a complete business system for bakeries, covering everything from raw materials (prices can be imported from raw material suppliers), inventory management, accounting records, product costing, orders, bread responses including dough scheduling, production planning, additional order reports, invoicing, and accounts receivable including payment reminders and interest calculations.
How the integration works
Customers using the integration today do so to connect WooCommerce with PCS WinBag. Here are some of the things that simplify the process of linking your e-commerce with the business system.
➤ Sync product data from PCS to WooCommerce
Fetch product data and sync prices, names, descriptions, minimum order volumes, lead times, and more from PCS WinBag to WooCommerce. Data retrieval can be scheduled at recurring intervals or triggered manually as needed.
➤ Sync orders from WooCommerce to PCS
New orders in WooCommerce are sent to PCS WinBag. There is an option to include a customer number if the customer has provided one at checkout (or if it is saved on the customer record in WooCommerce). If no customer number has been provided, a default customer number can be used as a fallback.
