Integrate Specter with WooCommerce and automate your workflows. Through Kroconnect, Specter’s features for product management, order handling, inventory management, and accounting are connected to your WooCommerce store.
By using a Specter and WooCommerce integration, you manage your e-commerce together with the rest of your business and avoid unnecessary duplicate work.

Available workflows
Synchronize orders from WooCommerce to Specter
When a customer makes a purchase in your WooCommerce store, the information is sent to Specter where a new order is created.
New customers are added to Specter, and existing customer information is updated if any changes are detected.
Synchronize product data between Specter and WooCommerce
Whenever you update an existing product in Specter and that product also exists in your WooCommerce store, information such as product name, price, weight, and tax class is sent to WooCommerce.
This also applies to changes in the opposite direction – from WooCommerce to Specter.
For product data synchronization between Specter and WooCommerce to work, the product must exist in both systems.
Synchronize inventory levels from Specter to WooCommerce
You manage your inventory levels in Specter, and any changes made there are sent to WooCommerce, where inventory levels are also updated. You avoid having to update inventory in multiple places and reduce the risk of discrepancies between systems.
Synchronize order status from Specter to WooCommerce
When an order is delivered in Specter, this information is sent to WooCommerce and the order status is set to Completed.
This synchronization also applies to orders that are cancelled in Specter, which are then also cancelled in WooCommerce.
