Support for customer type handling between Qliro and Fraktjakt

Support is now available for detecting whether the customer has identified themselves as a private individual or a business in Qliro’s checkout when requests are made to Fraktjakt. This is used to determine which shipping methods should be available in the checkout. We also have existing support for displaying shipping methods from Fraktjakt, including pickup point selection, in Qliro’s checkout.

As of version 2.9.0 of the Kroconnect WooCommerce Connector plugin, we now support detecting whether the customer has identified themselves as a private individual or a business in Qliro’s checkout when requests are made to Fraktjakt. This is used to determine which shipping methods should be available in the checkout.

The business/private individual (or business/consumer) information is stored in a cookie called krokedil_customer_type. When requests are subsequently made to Fraktjakt, we pass the customer type based on what is stored in this cookie. Through this logic, other plugins can also hook into this sequence and control which customer type is sent to Fraktjakt.

Support for Fraktjakt shipping methods in Qliro’s checkout

Did you know that we also have existing support for displaying shipping methods from Fraktjakt (including pickup point display) in Qliro’s checkout? By enabling the setting Display shipping options in the iframe (i inställningarna för Qliro-pluginet) kan du enkelt låta kunden hantera adress, betalsätt och fraktval i Qliro’s kassa.
